What to Expect

Create something truly personal at The Studio Eumundi with our hands-on Sand Casting Ring Workshop. Learn the beautiful and ancient art of sand casting as you design and create your very own ring from start to finish. You’ll begin by shaping your ring using a wax mould, creating a design that reflects your own style — whether it’s simple and timeless, organic or textured. Choose between solid 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’ve created a piece of jewellery with your own hands. Once your design is ready, you’ll use traditional sand-casting techniques to bring your ring to life. From there, you’ll get hands-on with the finishing process, carefully cleaning up, refining and polishing your ring until it’s ready to wear. No previous jewellery-making experience is needed. Tash and Mac will guide you through each step of the process, making this a relaxed, creative and memorable experience for beginners. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a beautiful handmade ring to treasure — a little piece of your creativity and a lasting memory of your time at The Studio Eumundi.
